All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling.
If you cannot attend:
– You may resell or transfer your ticket to someone else.

Small bags or purses are allowed but will be inspected by security at the entrance. You will receive a
wristband at the door before entry.
Wristbands vary in color depending on age, group, or access level. The color is revealed at the event –
copying bands in advance will not grant entry.

At some of our events, you are allowed to bring one or more friends.
– You can buy several tickets under your own name.
– On our guest list it will show for example: “Saga Andersson +3”.
– At the entrance, the main ticket holder (Saga) shows valid photo ID, and every guest in the group must also show their own photo ID.
– The group should arrive together, or the main ticket holder needs to help us identify which friends are included.

Some rules may vary depending on the venue, organizer, or specific event. Always check your event’s page

Cercino AB is not responsible for:
– Lost or stolen items
– Personal injuries, intoxication, or disputes during or after the event
– Failure to follow the venue’s or security’s rules
– Entry denial due to intoxication or aggressive behavior
We reserve the right to remove guests who display disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.

– Alcohol is only served to guests 18+ with valid ID
– No outside drinks allowed
– Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
Guests suspected of being under the influence of drugs or attempting to enter intoxicated will be denied entry
and/or reported to the authorities.

By entering a Cercino event, you consent to:
– Being photographed and filmed during the event
– Possible use of footage on Cercino’s social media and promotional material
If you wish not to be included in any media, please contact a Cercino team member at the event.

In case of emergency, always alert:
